Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a fun little project to share with you that's a great gift idea that you can make with any supplies you may have on hand. This is a great gift box for stationary that you have made to put on the inside. It holds some stamps, a pen, cards and envelopes in two different sizes as well as a few tags as well. Here's a look at the my gift box.
This is a compact little gift that folds up to store really nicely but you can open It up when you are ready to send a card, or need a tag. It's pretty enough to sit out on your desk all the time. I used the Hand-Penned Petals Designer Series Paper to decorate my box with but you can customize it to fit your decor.
To add a little texture to the top of box I used the Mint Macaron 1/2" Soft Velvet Ribbon. I wrapped it around the top of the box top and tied it into a flat knot. This adds just the right amount of softness and texture at the same time. For the base of the box I had to use the Basic White 12" x 12" Cardstock so that it would be large enough.
Once you take the top of the box the inside flips down and opens up to show the compartments for the A2 size cards and envelopes, the 3 x 3 cards and envelopes and the gift tags and it has a place for a pen, notepad, and some stamps. Place it's all pretty on the inside as well. If you would like the tutorial for this project it's part of my Spring 2021 Stamp Camp Tutorial which can be purchased in my Tutorial Store here.
Thanks for dropping by today I hope that you have a wonderful day.
