He's The Man Gift Bag Pop Card - Video Tutorial
Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share the project that I shared on my YouTube Channel over the weekend. On Saturday I shared a video tutorial on how to make a give bag pop up card for Father's Day. Here's a look at the project that I created during the video.

I really thought that this would be a harder fun fold to create than what it was. I was really surprised at just how easy it really was. I am not going to lie I had even been avoiding filming this tutorial for a few months just because I thought it would be more complicated. This is a great fun fold and can be changed to match any occasion. I decided to make one for Father's Day in the video tutorial the first one I made was for Charles' third cousins graduation. I will share that card in a different post later on this month: So, be watching for that post as well.

Once I figure out what products I was going to use I started pulling cardstock. If I use designer series paper I start with picking that out first then I pull the colors of cardstock from that. That's one of the great things about Stampin' Up!'s products is that it all coordinates. You don't have to worry about the colors matching or not. So, I started out with the card base made from Sahara Sand Cardstock, and then cut the layering pieces. I cut a piece of Cajun Craze Cardstock for the front panel and then layered on Early Espresso Cardstock and some of the He's The Man Speciality Designer Series Paper. The sentiment came from the He's All That Stamp Set and I die cut the label from the coordinating All That Dies.

I then added the sentiment label to the front panel and one of the die cut pieces from the designer series paper. To finish the front I added a few of the Rustic Metallic Dots. Then it was time to work on the inside of the card. For the inside make sure you add your Basic White inside sentiment panel first before you add the gift bag pop up. It will work so much easier.

Once you have the gift bag in place you want to use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to secure it I found it worked better than dry adhesive. The liquid glue allowed me to move the bag in place and wiggle it just were I needed it.
