Hello and welcome to my blog today I have a SIP Card to share with you meaning it was made using mainly just Stamps Ink and Paper. SIP cards are great for beginners and for those that just need to make a quick card. I love to create SIP cards because they are quick easy and fun. This week I threw in a couple additional supplies for my SIP Card too.
Tips & Tricks:
For this weeks SIP Card I also threw in a couple punches and a little fussy cutting. I started off with this card by cutting a piece of Calypso Coral Cardstock to 4 1/4" x 11" and scored it at 5 1/2". Then I added a piece of designer series paper cut at 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". I actually pulled the DSP from my scrap box to add to the card.
Next I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock and punched it out with the retired 2" Circle Punch you could use the Layering Circle Dies if you don't have a punch. I then layered the sentiment onto a 2 1/4" circle punched from a scrap of Basic Black Cardstock with a few Stampin' Dimensionals.
I then stamped the ladybug's body in Tuxedo Black Ink and the wings in Calypso Coral Classic Ink and layered the dots on to the wings with more Tuxedo Black Ink. I then punched both out with the Ladybug Builder Punch and assembled it with Mini Glue Dots.
I then took another scrap of Basic White Cardstock and stamped the large leaf image in Old Olive Classic Ink and used my Paper Snips and cut it out. I popped the leaf up on the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then placed the ladybug onto the leaf and popped her up on Stampin' Dimensionals as well. .
Thanks for dropping by today I hope you have a wonderful day. You will find all the supplies listed that I used today in the shopping list below.
