Hi Friend Card - Apple Harvest Stampin' Up!
Hello and welcome to my blog! All week I shared cards with you using the Apple Harvest Stamp Set. I have another fresh card to share with you today using the Apple Harvest Stamp Set but I added a little twist to it.

Apple Harvest Hi Friend Card:
Just because the Apple Harvest Stamp Set features apples all the way through it doesn't mean you have to make just apples. I took the stamp set and looked at it and when I started stamping out all the images I when I got to this image I saw oranges as well. So, I colored them to be oranges. I used my Watercolor Pencils to color the image and then cut it out with the Apple Blossoms Dies.

Once I had it cut out I cut down some of the All Together Designer Series Paper and matted each piece with some Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. The black and white patterns of the All Together Designer Series Paper plays super well with the Pumpkin Pie Cardstock and makes it pop. I then attached the panels to my top folding A2 card base made from Basic White Thick Cardstock. And then added the orange branch to the card base with a mix of Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin' Dimensionals.

Apple Harvest 6 x 6 One Sheet Wonder Card:
You can actually get two cards from one sheet of the 6" x 6" All Together Designer Series Paper. You're going to cut the All Together Designer Series Paper at 3" and then at 4 1/4" then you will need on piece from the left over designer series paper that you use cut at 1" x 3" (you will end up cutting this in half and spreading it out across the card front.

The card stock mats are cut at 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" for the larger piece of All Together Designer Series Paper. The middle layers mat is cut at 1 1/4" x 4 1/4". For the sentiment I used Alphabet Dies that I had in my stash from Scrapbook.com. I created the sub-sentiment for the card by stamping the sentiment "The greatest Gift is a good Friend" from Apple Harvest Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink onto a scrap of Basic White Cardstock. I cut the friend part of the sentiment off with my Small Stampin' Up! Guillotine Trimmer (retired).

To finish off the card I used a few Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels that I added around the card for a little sparkle. I have all the Stampin' Up! supplies listed below in the Shopping list.
