Love & Warmth Get Well Soon - Ringed with Nature
Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a super cute project to share with you using Ringed with Nature Stamp Set. The Ringed with Nature Stamp Set is in the 2022 July-December Mini Catalog and can be found on page 62. This was a super fun & easy project and I know that you are going to love it. Here’s a look at today’s featured project and in this blog post I will give you some tips & tricks on how to recreate it as well.

This card showcases not only the Ringed With Nature Stamp Set, but also the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper, and the Dots & Spots Die. I started out my die cutting my Basic White Cardstock panel with Dots & Spots Die which can now be earned as a Free Sale-A-Bration item with $100 purchase. After die cutting the cardstock I used my Blending Brushes and the following inks to ink blend the panel; Melon Mambo Ink, Poppy Parade Ink, Daffodil Delight Ink, Granny Apple Green Ink and finished off with a little Bermuda Bay Ink.

After the ink blending was completed I added a piece of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper cut at the same size as the card front and adhered it behind the ink blended panel with a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue. This allowed the gold to show through the holes created with the background die. Next I cut a circle opening to the card base that was cut from some Basic White Thick Cardstock. To cut the window opening I used the second largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I then traced the circle onto the card base with a pencil and cut it out with the largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I cut three more pieces of Basic White Cardstock to act as a support for the card front cut just slightly smaller, and repeated the circle opening. I sandwiched a piece of Window Sheet between two of the pieces.

I then placed the card front onto the card base. I next cut two of the scalloped hearts from the scraps of Basic White Cardstock that was left from the center and one solid heart from Gold Foil. For the hearts I used the Heart Punch Pack. On the Gold Foil I stamped the main sentiment in Versamark Ink and added white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders. I heat set that and the sub sentiment that was stamped on a strip of Basic Black Cardstock. I attached the hearts to the window opening with Stampin' Seal.
To finish off the card I added a few of the sequins from the Adhesive Backed Seasonal Sequins and the other scalloped heart to the inside of the window. Then I simply added the sub sentiment to finish everything off.
