My Friend - Easter Friends
Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a fun little card that's great for springtime to share with a friend. And it's quick and easy and you can use supplies that you may have with this layout. Here's a look at the card that I created.

Tips & Tricks:
For this card I used the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper for a springtime fell and paired it with the Easter Friends Stamp Set for the greeting and image. I stamped the little chick on the tag that I made from Basic White Cardstock in Cinnamon Cider Classic Ink (retiring In Color).

The card base is cut from a piece of Poppy Parade Cardstock. It's just a standard A2 top folding card. I have a recipe card for this project that you will find at the bottom with all the sizes and measurements you will need to recreate this card. I added a piece of the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper to the card base. I then cut a second piece of the same DSP and attached it to a piece of So Saffron Cardstock.

Layers and Layers:
The second layer was popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals after I wrapped some of the Evening Evergreen Windowpane Checked Ribbon around the card and tied it into a bow. I placed the focal image close to the bow so that it looked as it was attached.

On the inside panel of the card I added a row of chicks going across the bottom of the Basic White Cardstock insert. And to finish the card I added a few of the Brushed Brass Butterflies sprinkled around for a little fun.

Thanks for dropping by today I hope you have a wonderful weekend. If you need any of the supplies you have seen today you can pick them up in my online store by clicking on the item on the shopping list below.
