Pink Sunday - Melon Mambo

Hello and welcome to my blog and week 3 of my Pink Sunday where I am sharing a different Pink from Stampin' Up! each week along with a card example using that weeks Stampin' Up! Pink Color and a Breast Cancer Awareness organization.

This week's pink of the week is Melon Mambo. Melon Mambo is a bright pink that's been around for a long time. It has a bold bright hue that adds energy and happiness to any project. I paired it with the Christmas Scottie Bundle today to make a fun encouragement card for someone that's going through Breast Cancer to let them know they are loved!

I used Basic Gray Classic Ink to stamp my Scottie Dogs in and Melon Mambo Cardstock for the card base, I used a piece of the Melon Mambo Designer Series Paper from the Brights 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper for the side panel and stamped the plaid image repeatedly from the Christmas Scottie Stamp Set in Melon Mambo Classic Ink onto some Basic White Cardstock to create the center panel.

This Weeks Featured Organization:

For this week's Featured Organization I picked Breastcancer.org where they provide trusted guidance when you need it most! They have a lot of resources on their website to help people dealing with Breast Cancer no matter where you are on your journey to recovery. They also have a online store where you can purchase items in support of breast cancer where the purchases will help fund their support. They also have a lot of forums and informational articles as well.
