Sending Love & Big Hugs - Sending Smiles

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a card using the Sending Smiles Stamp Set and the Pretty Medallion Stamp Set. I actually watercolored the medallion with my Wink of Stella and ink pads. Here's a look at the projects that I designed to share with you today.

Tips & Tricks:

You are going to stamp the medallion first onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock and use your Wink of Stella brush pen and the three ink colors to watercolor the image. I used Sweet Sorbet, Petal Pink, and Sahara Sand Inks to watercolor the image. I then cut the Basic White layer to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and attached to a 4 1/4" x 11" (scored at 5 1/2") piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock.

Next you are going to die cut the word sending from a piece of Sweet Sorbet Cardstock and attached a piece of the Adhesive Sheets behind the cardstock before die cutting it. The Adhesive Sheets allow me to easily add the die cut word to the center of the card easily. I then stamped a sub sentiment onto a piece of Sahara Sand Cardstock in Sahara Sand Ink. I added the sub sentiment with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

To finish off the card I added a few of the gold sequins from the Adhesive Backed Seasonal Sequins to add just a little more shine to the project.
