Tips & Tricks:
I started out today's card by picking my colors. For my card base I decided on Merry Merlot Cardstock cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored it at 4 1/4". Next I picked to additional colored cardstocks to use on my project today. I went with two green shades; Pear Pizzazz Cardstock and Mint Macaron Cardstock. I used both these colors as accent pieces to the Merry Merlot Cardstock.

After picking the colors for my SIP project; I then cut a piece of Basic White Cardstock to stamp on. I stamped the large Pomegranate in Merry Merlot Classic Ink, and then decided it needed a friend so I stamped the smaller two as well. I then added the sends to the smaller pomegranate for a little more texture to the card. After that was complete I added some leaves stamped in Pear Pizzazz Classic Ink.

To finish off the card I added a layer of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock to the center of the card base and then added the Basic White panel over that making sure to leave some of the Pear Pizzazz Cardstock showing on the sides. I then stamped my sentiment onto a piece of Mint Macaron Cardstock. I then popped up this layer with a couple Stampin' Dimensionals. This accent layer added an additional color and added a little more visual interest by placing it at the top of the card to finish off the visual triangle I had created with the stamped images. Thanks for dropping by today, I hope you have a wonderful day. If you need any of the supplies you have seen used today I have them all listed below in the shopping list for easy shopping.
