Peaceful Moments:

Greetings, greetings, and more greetings. Whatever the situation, the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set has the words you need to express your thoughts. Pair with your favorite image stamp set for any occasions. I paired it with the Wild Rose Cling Background Stamp today and a fun color combination for a little extra fun.

Color Combo:

For the color combination this week I picked Early Espresso, So Saffron, and Soft Succulent to play with. I inked up the Wild Rose Cling Background Stamp in the So Saffron Classic Ink, Soft Succulent Classic Ink and finally added a little Early Espresso Classic Ink. To smooth out each transitional area between the inks I used a Blending Brush to soften the areas before stamping it all with my Stamparatus. This made for an easy stamping experience and a wonderful color combination that I carried over with the cardstock and embellishments.

Finishing Touches:

I finished off the card by adding the focal panel to an Early Espresso Cardstock panel cut at 5 1/4" x 4". I wrapped this panel with some of the Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon and tied a bow. Next I heat embossed my sentiment in Gold Embossing Powder from the Metallic Embossing Powders on a 2" circle made with Early Espresso Cardstock and layered it onto a 2 1/4" circle cut from Soft Succulent Cardstock. Super easy card to make and you can change up the colors any way you like for a different look.
