You Are Such a Blessing - Hello Harvest
Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a cute Fall Card to share with you using the Hello Harvest Stamp Set and the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper. Here's a look at the card I designed for today.
I started out today's card by using Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock for the card base. It's just a half sheet of cardstock cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4". I then added a piece of Cajun Craze Cardstock to the card base as the card front. To that I added a piece of the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper and a piece of Basic Black Cardstock that I embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder.
Next I worked on my focal image. I stamped one the Pumpkin from the Hello Harvest Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock and colored it with my Cajun Craze Stampin' Blends, added in a little Calypso Coral for a little additional color and blended the lines out with my Color Lifter. By using the Color Lifter I could have a faded out area in the center so I could place the sentiment (that's on an additional piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock) which allowed the two pieces to look seamless. I stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Ink.
To finish off the card I added a few of the Iridescent Basic Pearls to the card front. Thanks for dropping by today if you need any of the supplies I used today I have them all listed here and below in the shopping list.
