Hello and welcome to my blog today I have a uplifting card to share with you using the Kite Delight Stamp Set. The Kite Delight Stamp Set is retiring from the January - June Mini Catalog; so if this has been on your list you need to grab it ASAP. Here's a look at today's inspirational card.
Tips & Tricks:
Cut your card base to size (5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4") and attach a piece of matching designer series paper. I used a piece of the Sunshine & Rainbows Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper from the January - February Sale-A-Bration. I loved this pack of DSP, and it makes such bright and fun cards. So, if you have a pack use it.
Next I stamped one of the kits and the star tail in Basic Gray Classic Ink along with the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock and colored it with my So Saffron Stampin' Blends Combo Pack and my Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Combo Pack for a fun and cheerful color combination. I then layered the colored image onto a piece of Granny Apple Green Cardstock cut just a 1/4" larger than then Basic White Cardstock layer before adding it to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
To finish off the card I simply added a few of the Classic Matte Dots sprinkled around the card front.
Thanks for dropping by today I hope you have a wonderful day. You will find all the supplies listed that I used today in the shopping list below.
