A Little Bit Quirky and a lot of Squawk | The Rabbit Hole Designs | February 2026 New Release

There is something so refreshing about a clean and simple design that still feels full of personality, and that is exactly what I leaned into with these three cards featuring the new release from The Rabbit Hole Designs. The shaker card showcases the Quirky Bird 2x3 Stamp & Die Set with a bright, open layout that keeps the focus right on that adorably offbeat bird. A crisp white background allows the soft ink blending and sparkling shaker elements to really shine without overwhelming the design. The two companion cards featuring the Squawk Talk Stamp Set & Dies Bundle follow the same clean aesthetic, pairing bold stamped sentiments with plenty of breathing room. By keeping the color palette cohesive and the layouts uncluttered, each card feels playful yet polished—approachable for any skill level while still offering strong visual impact.

One of my favorite design choices in this trio is how the simple layouts allow the images and sentiments to do all the talking. On the Quirky Bird shaker card, the contained window creates movement and texture, while the neatly framed bird image keeps everything grounded and balanced. For the Squawk Talk cards, the bold typography becomes a focal point, especially when paired with subtle layers and carefully chosen accent colors. These products work beautifully for clean and simple designs because their personality carries the card without needing a lot of extras. If you enjoy cards that feel modern, lighthearted, and easy to recreate, try starting with a single focal image or statement sentiment and build around it with white space and intentional color. Sometimes a little bit quirky—and a lot of squawk—is all you need.
