Discover the Wonders Beneath: Clean and Simple Ocean Card with Fin-Tastic!

There’s something so calming about ocean-themed cards, and this one really lets those sweet underwater images shine! For today’s project, I used the Fin-tastic Stamp Set from The Rabbit Hole Designs to create a playful coral reef scene filled with coral, seaweed, tiny fish, and seashells. I stamped everything in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto Hammermill Smooth 100 lb Cardstock and brought the images to life with my Ohuhu Pastel Brush Markers. The soft, cheerful coloring keeps the look light and happy, which pairs perfectly with a clean and simple design.

To add interest without overwhelming the card, I created a subtle background using the Splish Splash 6x6 Stencil on Bristol Smooth Cardstock, masking off most of the panel and ink blending a soft blue strip for that underwater movement. The images were cut out with the Fin-tastic Outline Dies and popped up with a mix of foam squares and liquid glue for easy dimension. I finished things off with a sentiment stamped in Versafine Nocturne Ink, a few white gel pen highlights, and some Bubble Blow Out Baubles for just the right amount of sparkle. This card is a great example of how a simple layout and well-chosen details can really make your stamped images the star of the show.
