Make a Whimsical Snowman Card Using There's Snow-one Like You Dies

I had so much fun putting together this clean and layered winter card featuring the There’s Snow-one Like You Stamp & Die Set from Pixi Dust Designs! I started by cutting all the sweet little pieces for my snow-girl—her cozy hat, gloves, and scarf—from two soft shades of pink cardstock, while her body was cut from crisp Hammermill Smooth Cardstock. A touch of ink blending with Tumbled Glass and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxides gave her a frosty glow, and the tiniest bits of orange and black cardstock brought her carrot nose, eyes, buttons, and smile to life. Once she was assembled, I popped her onto a vellum oval with foam adhesive so she really stands out. She’s holding a sparkly die-cut snowflake, and I couldn’t resist cutting a few extras from silver cardstock to sprinkle around her.

For the background, I ink-blended a dreamy bokeh effect using Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac, and a hint of Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks over a piece of Hammermill Smooth cardstock. The soft circles add so much charm without overwhelming the focal point. I stamped the sentiment from the coordinating set using Versafine Clair Nocturne, layered everything onto a Shaded Lilac–inked mat, and adhered it all to a top-folding A2 card base. To finish things off, I added silver snowflakes accented with Glacier Jewels and a few crisp white gel pen highlights. This little snow-girl is ready to bring winter cheer to anyone who could use a smile!
