How to Make a Birthday Card with Christmas Stamps | Santa’s Workshop

If you love stretching your crafty stash, this cheerful birthday card is such a fun way to turn Christmas stamps into something completely new. I started by stamping the teddy bear, robot, two presents, and the adorable elf popping out of a gift from the Santa’s Workshop Stamp Set by Scrappy Boy Stamps. After coloring everything with my Ohuhu Brush Markers, I pulled patterns from the Love The Mouse 6x6 Paper Pack and matched my markers to the bright reds, blues, and yellows. The coordinating Santa’s Workshop Outline Dies made it so easy to cut all the images out cleanly, and I set them aside while I built the background. Using the Stitched Nested Rectangles Die Set, I layered three playful prints for a simple layout that lets the cute images shine.

To finish things off, I created a bold “Party Time” sentiment using the Birthday Phrases Oh My Words Die Set, cutting the shadow and letters from both black and white cardstock for a crisp look that stands out against all the color. Once everything was arranged on the card front, I added just a touch of white gel pen detail and a hint of Star Dust Stickles for sparkle. It’s a quick, happy card design that proves holiday sets can do so much more than Christmas — and Scrappy Boy Stamps makes it easy to bring these sweet characters to life all year long.
